Tony Jupp
Managing Director
Tony is iCore’s Managing Director and a practising principal consultant with over 15 years’ Service Management and major project experience. Tony holds an MBA, a Post Graduate degree in Strategic Management and is Prince2, ITIL and ISO 20000 qualified in addition to having a solid working knowledge of other methodologies such as COBIT, VAL IT and CMMI. His wide-ranging industry experience includes oil and gas, financial services, telecomms, brewing and travel.
Typically operating at board or a senior leadership level, Tony excels at leading and driving large complex business and IT Change programmes. Tony is a highly organised, creative and energetic professional with key business, project and process management skills. He is an active change manager with an assertive nature, capable of defining strategic direction and implementing action plans for results. A practical leader that understands the people and politics aspects of complex delivery in addition to the process and technology elements.
Tony acts in an advisory capacity across the iCore business for all client engagements as well as leading a number of large assignments with iCore’s clients, namely:
- Programme Director to design and deliver a complete UK IT infrastructure technology refresh programme for the UK’s leading car leasing business. Working across multiple client bases delivering multiple projects on a multi-million budget.
- Transition Manager to lead the design and implementation of a revised set of Global Service Management process across 45 countries for one of the worlds leading energy businesses.
- Transformation Manager to define and deliver a new Service management environment and tool solution for a large London-based Insurance group.
- IT Service Introduction lead for a world class Brewing business to introduce the new service and support model wrapped around a global SAP business solution.
