What is the G-Cloud?
The G-Cloud also known as the Digital Marketplace is a UK Government framework that helps to simplify the public sector procurement process through a pre-approved list of suppliers and technologies on the UK Government Digital Marketplace portal. The framework represents the UK Governments’ drive to encourage the strategic use of Cloud technology by allowing buyers to access transparent and cost effective cloud services and suppliers.
The G-Cloud 9 framework can be used by organisations across the UK public sector including central government, local government, health, education, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.
