Adam is an accomplished Service Management Consultant, Service Delivery Manager and Service Management process SME, with extensive experience gained in global organisations in the Oil and Gas, Finance, Media, Manufacturing, Utilities and Security sectors.

Adam has been involved in a number of major business and technology change programmes at both planning and implementation stages, specialising in particular in service design and transition management.  In recent years he has played a pivotal role in the implementation of a SAP programme for a global car manufacturing company as transition lead.  He is adept at integrating new services seamlessly into multi-vendor, SIaM delivery landscapes.  He is extremely business focused and is able to ensure that IT services are designed, implemented and continually improved to meet the needs of the client’s business.

In his early career he focused on Service Desk, Incident Management and Problem Management, demonstrating a high degree of customer focus in pressurised environments and the ability to lead the teams he was part of.  His practical and methodical problem solving skills make him a great asset to the organisations he works with.  He has a firm grounding in best practice, having achieved ITIL accreditation and having delivered ISO20000 certified Service Management processes in several organisations.

Adam is also a strong operational manager, having recently performed a Service Manager role for the European region of a global food manufacturer.  He brings value to the organisations he works with by quietly and confidently taking care of the business-as-usual service delivery, whilst identifying and implementing service improvements along the way.
