iCore Limited was formed in 1997 to provide pragmatic and practical IT Service Management solutions to major corporate organisations in the UK and Europe. It is now the largest independent specialist IT Service Management consultancy in the UK with an impressive list of blue chip clients achieved by delivering and imbedding pragmatic Service Delivery Models, Service Improvement programmes and IT Governance models.
Our senior management team comprises some of the leading figures in the UK IT Service Management industry and all iCore’s management team are involved in and carry out key assignments with our clients. In this way they and the whole organisation remain close to the real-world problems and issues faced by our clients and their guidance is timely and current. They are also frequent speakers on ITSM Best Practice and IT Governance at conferences in the UK, and worldwide.

iCore consultants undertake Maturity and Capability Assessments, design IT service models and IT governance models, implement service improvement programmes, embed and improve your end to end service delivery model and ensure that the service management organisation is appropriately sized and skilled. This is achieved by a programme of Service Improvements projects run by our mature and experienced consultants, and/or by providing interim managers and operational staff to work within your team. If appropriate, iCore can deliver these services as an IT Managed Service.
