iCore releases its latest "ITIL Accelerators" - 15th Feb 2010

iCore has created a unique library of proven tools, models and templates which are used during our assignments to accelerate the delivery of IT service management solutions in any environment, dramatically reducing the time taken and hence the cost to the client.  The tools available include:-

Boiler Plate Process Templates (ITIL v3/ISO20000) - a comprehensive and proven set of templates which are flexible and scalable.

Maturity Assessment Toolkit - a suite of tools designed to give you an accurate understanding of how your IT services are performing.  Graphical presentation of results is tailored for board room presentations.

Financial Modelling Suite - a flexible financial model which is used to capture and present costs for all services, components, resources, transactions, systems, locations, departments, processes and suppliers at a detailed level and then summarised for senior management.

Tools Assessment - Understand what tools you need or indeed if you need tools at all.  This toolkit provides evidence of the fitness for purpose of your existing tools and identifies what new tools may be required.

Resource Estimating and Planning - Accurately identify the real level of resources required by aligning the number of transactions and people etc. to the time taken to complete them and the level of resources available.

Gap Analysis Tracker - Identify current performance/compliance with either ITIL best practice guidelines(v2/v3) or ISO 20000.

Service Management Simulation - An effective and enjoyable alternative to conventional training this is a pro-active workshop where staff learn the principles of service management whilst running a fictitious IT department for a day.  Extensive graphic simulation of incident reporting, problem and change management occurring whilst trying to keep a department running provides a day designed to build awareness and is also great for team building.
