Self-sufficiency in Service Delivery - 1st Feb. 2010

A leading independent financial services company serving major international exchanges and platforms had grown rapidly and was coming under increasing service delivery pressure due to this growth.  iCore was asked to help them and put together a three stage strategic plan:-

• Provide expert advice to define an evidence and policy based IT services strategy.

• Provide experienced operational consultants to embed agreed processes, adopt a "lead by example" approach and focus on skills transfer to achieve client self-sufficiency.

• Help the client to build their own teams through assisting in the recruitment and mentoring processes.

This approach, known as "The right things, at the right time, and the right cost" was endorsed by the client and working together the project was brought to a successful conclusion in January 2010.
