iCore appointed to assist Global Business Processor - 4th January 2010

A fast growing pure play global business processor, providing complex industry specific processing to blue chip customers has appointed iCore to assist with the development of their service management capability.  The importance of the project to both the customer and iCore is demonstrated by the fact that it is being headed up by iCore's managing director Tony Jupp who reports directly to the Global Operations Director.
