About Us

iCore is a specialist organisation with over twelve years’ experience in successfully enabling clients to optimise return on investment through the deployment of efficient and effective IT service provision methods and sustainable controls.


Our range of high quality IT services include; IT Service Management best practice alignment, Governance and Contract consulting and Outsourcing consultancy. iCore are also providers of fully accredited ITIL training, along with having the capability to place IT professionals on a consultancy, interim, contract or permanent basis.

iCore has worked for many major organisations such as Barclays Bank, the FSA, BP, EWS Railway, BT and TUI UK. Projects undertaken range from creating new, or consolidating existing, IT organisations, the assessment and redevelopment of processes to support defined service levels and the management of the transition process, including those aspects related to the people involved.

iCore is an active member of the Association of Project Management (APM), ISACA the founders of COBIT, the ITSMF - the IT Service Management Forum, IoSM (Institute of Service Management) and SFG (Service Futures Group), a collaboration between the SDI (Service Desk Institute) and itSMF.
