Contract Management

Once a client has made the decision to outsource a particular function, e.g. application maintenance, often the ensuing tender process presents a challenge, either because the organisation has not outsourced before, or because there is limited bandwidth in the management capability.
 
iCore can support the client’s tender process activities, through:   

  • Requirements definition.
  • Selection of suitable suppliers.
  • Tender development, response evaluation and negotiation.
  • Transition planning.
  • Development of contractual schedules, SLAs and Service Credits.
  • Regular supplier performance reviews.

In supporting these activities, iCore can transition responsibility for supplier management back to the client, having transferred knowledge and skills throughout the process, or alternatively remain in place to manage the supplier through the term of the contract.
