Process and tools are only two parts of the three part story – the final part is organisation and people, and this in many cases is the most critical. Through our experience in being at the centre of many such programmes, iCore has developed a portfolio of techniques and activities to assist in this process. Our approach usually starts with assessing the current organisation and matching that to the target or aspirational organisation to understand what it is the organisational change programme may have to achieve. What the customer hopes to achieve may be set in terms of costs, headcount numbers, type and number of business lines, culture, etc. Then, working with the customer and drawing on the iCore portfolio, a programme of change is agreed and delivered. |
