ITIL Process Design & Delivery

iCore has the proven capability to design IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to meet client requirements and, more importantly, to embed them into the client organisation. This is achieved by closely working within the tripartite of people, process and tools to ensure that the designed processes are fit for purpose and that adoption is maximised. This ensures that the predicted benefits can be realised.

iCore utilises the ITIL framework as part of its process delivery method and has found that when this is coupled with its experienced Service Delivery professionals, results are very quickly realised. This work can be done either as part of a formal service improvement project that delivers multiple process work-streams or individual process improvement initiatives.

Furthermore, from experience of working with a variety of organisations to achieve this iCore recognises how important it is that the client’s own staff are involved in these new processes and are able to customise ITIL on an ongoing basis to fit their needs.

iCore’s Process Delivery method has many variations and applications. Here are some ways of looking at the approach that lies at the heart of iCore’s process delivery work:

  • A structured, rigorous framework for delivering process improvement.
  • A comprehensive tool kit - simple to use, and universally applicable.
  • A tailored approach based on the internationally recognised ITIL framework
  • Scalable for small, medium or large organisations.
  • Delivered by professional and experienced Service Delivery managers who have managed and delivered Service Improvement projects in many diverse environments.

These services can be deployed as and when required by clients or, alternatively, iCore can provide an on-going service. Of course, once the people and processes are in place, iCore can work with clients to choose and implement appropriate supporting tools to allow automation and real-time tracking of service delivery.
