ITIL Maturity Assessments

iCore has a strong ITIL background and recognises that ITIL is essentially a framework that needs to be tailored to meet each client’s needs. iCore’s service offerings include a process Maturity Assessment against ITIL best practice standards to highlight areas which may need strengthening to ensure improved service delivery. This assessment takes the form of a series of interviews with key personnel and a review of existing documentation and tooling.

In a recent comparison of Maturity Assessments provided by 3rd parties by a UK national organisation, the iCore assessment was adjudged to be the “most comprehensive yet not necessarily time consuming”.

However, for most of our customers, the independent ITIL Maturity Assessment is only part of the value add provided by iCore. This is because many customers use the assessment findings as the lead into the planning of their ITIL implementations/improvement programmes. And the reason that they engage iCore is because of our very pragmatic experience of the value that can be achieved,  the solutions available that are appropriate, and our ability to demonstrate our understanding of the customers strategic objectives.
