IT Service Management

iCore’s key skill set and knowledge has always been, and remains, IT Service Management and the application of the ITIL framework. In numerous customer engagements over the past 10 years, we have assisted and supported our customers in achieving their IT departmental goals in, and through the use of the IT Service Management principles and disciplines. ITIL Maturity Assessments

  • A structured capability review of the ITSM and associated operational processes, culture and technology to assess the current maturity based upon the opinions and evidence taken from key stakeholders, process owners, process performers and service users.
  • The resulting assessment can be used to highlight gaps and overlaps, and through this to develop a roadmap for improvement with a focus on ROI.

ITIL Process Design & Delivery

  • Working alongside the in-house service team the iCore consultants will design efficient, effective and integrated processes to meet the business needs.
  • These processes will be supported by necessary aspects of people and technology required to assure successful implementation.

IT Service Management Tools

  • Understanding the requirements and an audit of existing ITSM tools and technologies, iCore will develop a strategy / plan to ensure maximum return on the current and future investments.
  • iCore can provide resources to facilitate and / or deliver the resulting implementation and investment plan.

ISO20000 Consulting

  • iCore consultants have experience of working with best practice IT Service Management guidelines (ITIL®) and also with the International Standard (ISO/IEC 20000).
  • Experience in the use of these best practices has enabled iCore to develop a pragmatic approach to implementation and subsequent operation of IT that aligns to the  ITIL framework and/or complies with the standard.

Organisational Transformation

  • Assessing the organisation to assure the provision of efficient and effective IT Services, leading to policies and activities designed to lead, manage, optimise, and develop the IT organisation.
  • Providing support and guidance to implement the chosen organisational desires, including the provision of interim managers, contract and permanent resources.

Training
