IT Service Management Organisation and Structure
iCore will review your current IT Service Delivery Model and define the structures required to “operationalise” the current and future service strategy. This review may highlight a requirement for Interim Managers who will help to design, build and embed the Service Model.
This service will be underpinned by the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) principles.
Why iCore?
The reason our clients engage with iCore is because of our wide experience of working in IT Service Organisations to implement service management best practice whilst maintaining focus on optimising the client’s organisational structure and ensuring efficient use of resources.
The iCore Service Operating Model will provide clear RASCI / RACI definitions across the whole organisation.
Responsible – owns the problem / project
Accountable – signs off (approves) work that “Responsible” provides
Supportive – can provide resources or can play a supporting role in implementation
Consulted – has information and/or capability necessary to complete the work
Informed – is notified of outcomes, but need not be consulted
This can be applied to both large, medium and small scale IT operations.
