The service does not include the technology capability to provide the managed services, merely the people and process capabilities.

This service is likely to be (but is not exclusively) for the following:

  • Major Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Service Continuity and DR Operations
  • Change and Transition Management

This service will also include provision of independent advice and guidance on your sourcing strategy, and could include actually managing a sourcing programme for you.
