Ian Bevan, one of iCore’s Principal Consultants, is a forthright and challenging Management Consultant and is considered an expert in the IT Service Management industry.
He has spoken regularly at UK and European conferences as well as having had a number of articles published in industry publications.  He has held the position of Director of Finance on the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Board as well as a number of other key strategic roles.  Ian is one of the Principal Consultants within iCore responsible for a team of experienced consultants and works closely with Steve Ingall (previously MD of Fox IT) our Head of Consultancy to help drive solutions creation and delivery throughout our customer base.
Prior to joining iCore Ian was a Senior Service Management Consultant with Fox IT specialising in aligning technology with business strategy while maintaining robust IT governance.  In this role he fulfilled a number of assignments such as working with the world’s largest broadcaster to improve and embed Service support processes and has designed and delivered material for global implementation of Incident, Change & Configuration Management processes for a world leading oil company.
Ian has also worked for Plan-Net plc as well as setting up his own consultancy and training company. His qualifications include APMG ITIL Expert Certificate, EXIN ITIL Certification, ISEB Manager’s Certificate in ITSM and ISO20000 Auditor’s Certificate.
